Commerce Connections ® requires that each Virtual Server System and Virtual Hosted System be operated under the terms and conditions of the Commerce Connections ® Website Hosting Agreement or Virtual Server Agreement. Both of these agreements specifically detail and outline the Scope of Services, Payment Terms, Representations and Warranties, Terms of Use, and other important information. As a new Commerce Connections ® client, you will be required to return to us an original signed copy of the appropriate Agreement and Agreement Acknowlegement page. Therefore, please review the appropriate Agreement very carefully.
